PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
When buying from Carolina Ramos Jewelry through the site or other enabled commercial channels, such as e-mail, WhatsApp or any other instant messaging platforms or social media, the following terms and conditions apply:
• Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer to sell products described on the Website or to make such products available in your area. Carolina Ramos Jewelry reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, or any portion thereof, in Carolina Ramos Jewelry sole discretion, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or after your credit card has been charged.
• Keep in mind, that the images of each item on the site and endeavors to show as much detail as possible. However, viewing images online has its disadvantages as the size and color of the images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices.
• The prices displayed on the Website are quoted in U.S. dollars and must be paid in U.S. dollars. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect Carolina Ramos Jewelry has the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase Carolina Ramos Jewelry will issue a credit to your credit card account, or another payment can be agreed upon with the client.

• Orders with multiple items will be shipped when all items are finished and/or in stock unless otherwise specified, in writing, by the customer.
• Prices are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including those due to technical or administrative errors on our part.
• When the order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.
• Products in stock may take up to 12 days to be shipped.
• We can receive your payments with credit cards American Express, Visa and MasterCard or PayPal accounts. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
